08/04/2018: recommendation was 1 cup sugar in 2L water but I just did 1/2 cup. 4tsp tea tea but I did 2 tbs.

30 min rest then 30 min in cold bath

cleaned out jar and added 1tbsp vinegar.

Cut off some of old scoby that had become too thick
