2ea - Yeast Lalvin K1-V1116
Fill 6 gal fermenter with 2 gals water.
Weigh and add honey to the fermenter.
Mix well by shaking and rocking the shit out of it.
Once mixed, add remaining water to bring it up to 5gal.
Crush and add 5 campden tablets to kill natural and wild yeasts and wait 24 hrs before pitching yeast.
When fermentation complete transfer to secondary with 5 new campden tablets.
