  1. Add to 15 l water
  2. Let sit for 2 days, stir a few times a day.
  3. Strain, boil for 10 minutes
  4. Cool to fermentation temp.
  5. Aerate wort, add yeast nutrient
  6. Pitch yeast, ferment.
