combine honey, corn sugar, water, honey into a pot. heat and stir until boiling, after boiling turn off the heat and add 2 sliced lemons with their lemon zest. allow to sit overnight.
pitch yeast. after ferment cold crash to 30 degrees. add one gallon of cold brewed green tea. carbonate and serve.
