Notes

This is a delicious recipe. I love this Witbier. However, the process was time consuming, and the yield was low. I will definitely brew this beer again. Perhaps the next time I may use a different mash schedule and see if I can step up the yield.

I initially used the multiple steps. I would like to see if I can make a similar beer with a single infusion mash. I am not sure if the raw oats and flaked wheat would need a different treatment.
