Notes

I've brewed this a few times now and am always happy with the results
Makes a great 'cheating' baltic porter with ale yeast, so no need to use lager yeast and temps
Needs to be matured for a few months. I normally leave it form 3 months and you can really notice the difference
Also takes extra flavors well. A bottling time I sometimes add 50ml of a good vanilla essence
