Notes
Used 82% to CALCULATE the recipe.
We used 18ml of acid, Brewers Friend said that should be 5.55. Actual measured pH was 5.4. BF said that would have taken 33ml!!
Also used 1.5 Campden tablets for all 29g. of water used. No other chemicals since our water is so soft.
Ended up with 1.053 and not quite sure how much volume.
