Keg is empty, time to update.

OG measured = 1.055
Fermented at 68 +/-2
Day 9 took a reading and was at 1.013
Day 11 took a reading and was at 1.0125
Day 11 started cold crash, took it 37F +/-4 and let it sit there for 3 days
Day 14 moved from primary and force carbonated with a stone at 28 psi and put 12 PSI behind it in the keg

Day 14 sampled about 4 pints :) while brewing my second brew, a dopplebock lager. Beer was a bit harsh on the smoked flavor and I was not overly excited about it.

Day 14-21 flavor continued to improve. By day 21 it was pretty dang good.

Day 25 had a tasting with other local brewers and coworker, the beer was excellent by this point. Day 28 it is gone and I am regretting brewing a dopplebock that is going to take another 3-4 months before it is ready. Looks like I need to brew another quick ale like this one to fill the void.

Note, maybe since this is my first brew, it is like my first car. It might be junk that I will overly romanticize the rest of my life? Either way, I plan to try to brew this one again but next time I am sharing less and drinking more.
