Notes

Target tasting profile:

Citrus aroma and flavors contributed by both hops and orange peel

Spiciness from ginger (maybe possible additional spices: coriander, turmeric, cinnamon, nutmeg) that provides an adjacent "punch" to light hop bitterness from boil/whirlpool additions.

Hoping that the ginger spice is the lingering aftertaste to really drive home that as the defining characteristic.

Medium bodied, reminiscent of a wheat beer, hoping this will stylistically fall between Wheat Beer and IPA, but not so full/heavy that it is a full-on NE style IPA.
