This is a Yorkshire regional version as I have no access to Juniper but I am using homegrown Fuggle and First Gold Hops.

Looking for main profile to come from the Kveik.

Acid malt is to help with hardness of our local water. Campden Tablets added to remove Chlorine.

Include Yeast Nutrient.
