Notes

Mash all grain 45 minutes @154, decoction up to 160F hold for 15, fly sparge until 6.5G in boil kettle. Boil 30 minutes, add hops, 10 minute hop stand with 1 oz hops. Then rack to fermenter, pitch omega yeast (took about 36 hours for airlock activity).
