Add pasteurized honey day 7 fermentation. Add10g each fermaid-o days 0, 3, 7. Initial pitch was slurry from English Ale. ~500 ml=600B cells. 14 hrs after pitch VERY active yeast. Added day 6, WLP-530 single pack to finish beer to 12+% ABV .
