Original recipe called for a mix of Mosaic and Citra hops at half the amount as this recipe but when sanitizing the 8 oz bags, the mosaic bag was not sealed properly from the warehouse and allowed a small amount of star san to seep in making the pellets damp. I decided to use up all the affected hops and see how this brew turned out. First taste of wort is extremely hoppy but not more so than imperial IPA's I've made. More to come.
