This was my first brew and I had some issue with mash temp (heat loss) and may have gotten my supply water a little hot and killed some of my enzymes early (not the best conversion) giving it great body and a great creamy head. It turned out really good (I would say excellent). Was one you could drink all night - and it was gone (19 liters) in 3 days.
