This may not be the most complex beer out there, but it sure is a great recipe for beginners and advanced brewers alike!

Yeast re-hydrated:
Pitch yeast into a sanitized container of 2 cups boiled and cooled water. Water should be 70-75 degrees F. After 15 minutes, gently swirl yeast around in the container. To be honest, you could also pitch the US-05 directly from the sanitized package into the wort.

5 grams of Irish Moss added with 15 minutes left to boil.
