Notes

I chilled to 61f and left overnight in the temp controlled conical. In the morning I drained about 2 qts of trub off the bottom, then added the yeast starter, and gave it a 1min shot of O2. I will ferment at 62F. In the future I will add an additional .5 gallon of water to the recipe to compensate for leave behind trub in the SS brewtech BIAB. The knock out pump ends up leaving about .5 behind.

Fermented out in 2 days.....

Mild clove and banana. Too cold a ferment. Will use 68-70 next time.
