Notes

This is a nice dark Cascadian Dark Ale, with a nice spicy rye backbone, with chocolate and patent black malts to get it nice, dark, and roasty. Big hops up the bitterness and then the aroma and flavor are finished with a big ten day dry hop with two ounces of lupulin pellets.
