brewed Feb. 18. seemed all good now tasting as of march 21, 2018. terrible beer! bleck. need to re-think. I'm considering dumping the 5 gallons. I would not add honey next time. Didn't do it for me. Had a strange taste from the malt combo. I don't think it is tainted brew, just malt combo is not good.
