Notes
Mash 100 minutes at 67 - 69 C. Warm up mash tun with 100C boil water.

Boil 15 liters water to 75C. Pour into mash tun. Add the mixture grains 5.5 Kgs into mash tun. Mash for 100 minutes. Strike water 15 liters with 71C. Slowly drip out the wort.

First filter out wort getting [email protected], about [email protected]

Finally collect 23L wort with [email protected], about [email protected]

Boil to 21L wort to get [email protected]

Ferment at 24C. After 10 days pull out sample, gravity is [email protected] ABV is 4.86% (OG 1.054 - FG 1.017). Nice clover and hallertau hops fragrant.
