Notes
Add caso4 and cacl 1 to 1.5 tbs each
Mash with 7.25 gal 157 f water for 60 min
Mash temp 152 f at start and 148 f after 60 min
Check ph of dilute mash 5.2 to 5.4 add phos acid if needed
Wash squeezed grain with 1 gal 170 F water and add at start of boil
Ferment at 65 f then raise temp to 69F until bottling.
