Notes

Belgian inspired Washington farmhouse ale, 15 Gallon solera barrel project. Utilizing bootleg's fall 2020 solera blend as the barrel inoculant, Skagit valley copeland pale malt (my favorite barley malt), Washington un-malted white wheat, and Mt. Adams honey (support your local apiary!).

Rather than 3 year aging (55 gal barrel) then blending, going to test 9 month - 1yr then pull to blend or bottle straight, then adding wort equal amount pulled.

Having to do a two stage mash due to equipment limitations, two 10lb mash runs. adding local honey after flameout on last mash.

Small amount will be bottled straight, large amount will be blended and have different modifications; local fruit, local hops (dry-hop), and if possible self foraged herbs / fruits.
