Notes
cool to pitching temp and use an oxygen stone for 90 seconds using an 02 bottle.
Once oxygenation is done add the prepared yeast nutrient to the fermenter.
Lastly add the rehydrated yeast.
Ferment at 68 degrees.
Once fermentation is complete close transfer to a corny keg and put under 12psi of c02.
After the beer has aged place the keg into the beer fridge which is 38 degrees.
Once it is cooled to 38 degrees force carbonate to 14psi
