Note: we use RO water. I will be grabbing roughly a pitcher of yeast from the cone of a 15 BBL batch and re-pitching directly into this 1 BBL batch.
This was supposed to be all 2-row. Had a bag of 2-row and went to my local homebrew shop to top up the total to 65lbs and they were out of 2-row. Out of 2-row? But I am keeping the name anyway.
