Notes
Fermentation temperature 64-66F. After 3 days, close blow off and raise to room temps until complete (1.010). Crash for a couple weeks, taste and if no twang keg it. If twang, add 1 g baking soda to FV until gone. Keep kegs cold for a few weeks before tapping.
