4/19/26 - Racked to Secondary, Gravity 1.000 (18.4% ABV, but original volume was 2.25-2.5 gallons, so more like 13.8%-15.3% ABV) Want it to clarify before deciding what to do next.
5/7 - Add 3tsp of Pectic Enzyme
5/23 - F.G. 1.002, Backsweeten to 1.034, add 1/3 bottle of strawberry flavoring, bottled into 15 brown, 1 clear tester
