Had to add DME 1lb 4oz to correct too much wort (error) at start of boil. Boiled off aprox 1 Gallon

Ferm K 4.2g , O 7.5g and L-Phenylalanine1.1g per Arcane Alchemist Site ( Mead Protocol)

**Tree House Julius can harvested yeast upscaled over 5 days (per Denard Brewing site)

1.070 Start Pitched at 66f. Drop to 64 after 24hr. Raise to 65 on day 4. Finished in 5 days @1.016 No Secondary

Dropped to 60 for 24 then DH for 5 days

Soft Crash to 50f for 24 hours - Then 34f for 24 hours

Rack out and Bottle / Keg at 2.5 Atm

Bottle Carb for 2 weeks at 64F

Cold condition for at least 2 weeks - 3 week flavor profile was perfect.
