Perfil de Agua — Tropical Explosivo

Para una NEIPA hiper sedosa y jugosa, los cloruros deben dominar fuertemente.

Objetivos de perfil (en ppm):

Cloruros: 180–200 ppm
Sulfatos: 60–70 ppm
Calcio: 80–120 ppm
Magnesio: 5–10 ppm
Sodio: 10–25 ppm
Bicarbonatos: < 50 ppm

Razón Cl:SO₄ → 2.5 : 1

Esto es clave para resaltar el carácter cremoso, afrutado y redondo.

pH de macerado: 5.30–5.35

Aporta suavidad al paladar.

Ayuda a minimizar el amargor áspero.

Favorece retención del perfil “juicy”.

Ácido láctico 88% — Dosificación inicial (recomendada):

Mash (90 L): 18 ml (añadir, esperar 5–10 min, medir, añadir incrementos de 1–2 ml hasta pH 5.3; límite práctico 24 ml)

Sparge (64 L): 8 ml (añadir, esperar, medir, añadir incrementos 1–2 ml hasta pH 5.3; límite práctico 12 ml)

Si tras combinar el mosto el pH final está > 5.35: añadir 0.5–1 ml en el kettle, mezclar y medir (repetir hasta objetivo).

Notes

Perfil Tropical Explosivo (Mango–Piña–Maracuyá)

Una NEIPA extremadamente jugosa, estilo “tropical smoothie”, con aromas intensos a mango fresco, piña madura, maracuyá y un toque de durazno. Dulzor percibido ligeramente mayor y poca herbalidad.

NEIPA hiper jugosa, sedosa y con aroma masivo tropical (mango–piña–maracuyá).
