Notes

Nicely balanced beer with not as much residual sweetness as typical with a hefeweizen. The idea was a throw back to skiing in Austria in 1993 and this does the trick, will brew again...

Brewed 16-May-2025. Didn't have enough Munich Malt so added 50% each Pilsner Malt and Vienna Malt.

Fermentation starting at 19ºC

Bottled 02-June-25

Brew Competition Judges Notes:
Lovely dark amber color, head rouses well. Slight bananna on the nose, Toasted bread and biscuit, delicate aroma. Very well made, well balanced.
