2.5 gal weis spring water, 1 gallon weis spring water, 3 lbs Pilsner DME, 40 oz honey. 2 oz Amarillo whole, 2 oz Southern Aroma pellets, .5 whirlfloc tab.

15 min boil with wort chiller and hop screen in wort, whirlfloc for last 5 min. Stir in honey at flameout.
