Delicious ale, but the subtle flavors of honey don't come through very strongly. If I mention it's fermentables are 1/3rd honey, people claim to be able to taste it, but you wouldn't immediately guess that there's honey in this recipe. It mostly tastes like the steeping grains and hops.
