Notes

Clarity Ferm addition = 0mL per 10 bbls

1 - 50 gallon drum of Apple Concentrate
1 - 5 gallon bucket of Orange Blossom Honey

Steep elderflower in hop bags for 30 mins then remove prior to KO.

Slowly Add Honey to Kettle at 170 degrees and heat the middle jacket and whirlpool gently until mixed.

Notes: One bucket of honey was used. Could use a second one to be honest, and substitute 5 gallons of h20. Only got 5% ABV off the first one. With an OG of 10.6. Im sure a second bucket would be fine.
