Notes

Substituting flaked cord and pale malt for some of the mash to bump the ABV and smooth out the finish. Planned to use 1oz of Tattnag pellets but ran short. Substituted .5oz Tattnang and .5oz Magnum.

Used a Brewzilla for the brew process at max capacity.

Shooting for 1.060 post brew gravity but fell a bit short at 1.054. Final gravity ended up 1.013 so ABV roughly 5.5%

Was a fast and active 4-5 day primary. At 6 days all bubbling stopped. Will let rest in secondary for 10 days.

Kegged post secondary and force carbonated at 40 deg f. Very happy with it though it could use a bit of age. Bit cloudy also, not sure where that came from.
