Notes

Plan is to have between 1-1.5 gallons of mango puree in a secondary fermentation. Potentially using a stir plate on a 5 gallon bucket, and a semi-fine filter into the keg, hopefully the mango will stay suspended creating a thicker, smoothie-like beer.
