30 lb grain + 10 lb rice hulls + 20 lb tea + 1.25 lb cascade hops
= 61.25 lb grain

Heat 30 gallons (120qts) water to 169 for Mash temp of 160
(1.96qts/pound - fairly thin mash)

Mash out, transfer to boil kettle, add honey and water to specific gravity of 1.067.

Sulfite. 1/4 tsp per 5 gallons - so 5.5 tsp.

BREW NIGHT -

Mashed out and sparged 50 gallons. Added 3 buckets of honey, stirred with big drill paddle. Added cold water to get gravity of 1.067. Worked Pretty Well.
