Notes

At flameout: add 0 min hops (in sanitized bag), stir with santized spoon (gently, no splashing) to create whirlpool effect, let rest for 15-20 min before starting chilling.

If you're OG comes in low (which happens on the first few all grain brews til you get your process set), you can add some dextrose 5 min from the end of the boil to get the OG up into range. The amount you add will depend on how many points you need to raise it, I put 3 oz. as a starting value to fiddle with after.

Also, I would use the packet of S04 I sent, but if you have a vial/packet of liquid yeast already, go for it. Keep the dry yeast for a rainy day
