Trying this recipe today. Just finished my brew day and my numbers are pretty consistent so far BUT I added 1.25 lbs of tangerine juice because...well, I had harvested some tangerines from my fathers garden. But here are my observations so far on my brew: Pre boil gravity was 1.025 but my Post boil gravity was 1.043. I may create a new recipe based on this because I did add the tangerine juice at boil. Thanks for this recipe. I had the yeast and wanted to find a recipe to use it, so thanks again!
