Notes

Brewday:
Cut vanilla bean open, scrape seeds into a small container and cover with just enough vodka to cover the beans.

Fermentation:
Ferment under pressure. Set spunding valve to 0 PSI at day 0.
Day 2 - First dry hop at high krausen. Raise pressure to 2.5 PSI.
Day 5 - Remove first dry hop bag. Add vanilla (whole tincture including vodka, bean, and seeds). Purge headspace and raise pressure to 5 PSI.
Day 8 - Add orange zest and second dry hop. Purge headspace, maintain 5 PSI.
Day 11 - Closed transfer to keg. Chill and carbonate.
