Ferment at 60°F (15°C) 5 days, April 13.
Gradually raise the temperature over 2 days to 65°F (18°C) for 1 day for a diacetyl rest, April 15-16.
Rack the beer to secondary April 17 and age at 48°F (9°C) for 21–30 days, then bring to 38°F (3°C) for bottling.
