Notes

Useful for all of the new hops description, assuming 10% AAUs for all of them (that’s the average) and keeping the IBUs in the 45 range. The bittering hops were estimated at 12% also, but if lower that would be fine at 40 IBUs or so would be ideal.

Dryhopping is optional- I think it would be a good idea to dryhop these with the hop variety to really get the idea of the aroma and flavor. I’d suggest dryhopping for 3-5 days just before packaging for freshest more upfront aroma.
