Notes

Trying to make a lower abv NEIPA. Going to integrate some hop bursting with the whirlpool addition. Adding some caramel 20 and little honey to try to get some sweetness/caramel coming through since will still finish dry with lower starting gravity. Keeping Chloride at typical level for last few NEIPA's, hoping isn't too minerally but is ppm so smaller beer shouldn't effect it too much.

Going to try single round of dry hop post fermentation and clearing of diacetyl.
