Notes

--Full volume boil--
-Steep malts divided between two grain bags @152F for 20 minutes, remove and discard.
-Add 2lbs DME, bring to gentle boil, add hops and start timer
-Add remaining DME/LME with last hop addition
-Chill quickly to 68F, aerate wort well, 2 minutes if shaking
-Pitch yeast and Clarity Ferm. Shake additional 2 minutes
-Ferment at 68F two weeks
-Bottle and condition a month
-Fridge and let crash for two weeks, then enjoy
