Notes

Day #1 - Brew day
1) Bring 5.25 gallons of water to ~160 F.
2) Stir in grains, mash for 60 minutes at ~150 F.
3) Bring 3 gallons of sparge water to 170 F.
4) Bring volume up to 6.75 gallons and mix well.
5) Boil wort for 80 minutes, add corn sugar with 15 min left, add yeast nutrient with 10 min left.
6) Cool wort to 180 F and add whirlpool hops, stir for 30 min.
7) Cool to 95 F, transfer to fermenter, and pitch yeast.
Day #2 - Dry hop
Day #6 - Keg
