My brew day went differently from BB.

During 60 min mash, preheat oven to 375F (190C) at the last 10 min of the mash

Pull the grain from the mash (BIAB), mildly squeeze the bag.

Put the spent grain into a baking pan. Bake the grain for 3 hrs. Grain should be topped with a brown/blackish crust.

Then boil wort and add hops.

At the end of the boil, steep the baked grain 10 minutes, squeeze bag and add top off if required.

Chill to pitching temp. Est.

Note: SRM will be inaccurate due to steeped bake grains.
