Very tasty. Still young, but can tell it has some banana, clove, spicy yeast character going on. The malt shines through and it is somewhat effervescent. Also has a somewhat sweet note but not too sweet like some of the other beers i've made. Hops are almost non-existent, but that is to be expected with a 20 IBU Imperial Hefe.
Not sure how this will age, but if it gets any better, it will be a staple brew for me every couple months. |
