Notes

Trying to get a banana bomb with GP base and a little wheat for head retention. Will add 1/2 pound of honey to this beer at flameout or possibly 3 days into fermentation.

Was going to mix Weihenstephan with Westmalle, but decided to try WLP500 (Chimay) at a high starting temp of 70 and let it free rise to about 78 over 5 days.

Will do a 2 liter starter and split it in half for future use.
