Notes

Excellent Pale Ale; bordering on IPA style. Great malt balance, subtle toffee. Hops tangy to start, apricot~mango, floral notes. No pine, no grapefruit.
Primary at 64 degF, secondary 8 days at 53, 6days at 66 F. Dry hopped throughout Sec.
