Notes

For Pumpkin additions:

  • Use solely pie pumpkin
  • take out seeds, cube, spice with brown sugar and cinnamon
  • roast @ 375 until cooked and caramelized
  • let cool to room temperature

    Just a heads up; you'll probably need 2 pie pumpkins if you'd like to do mash, boil and secondary additions.
