Steep malts for approximately 60 minutes.
Add Extract, Boil add Hops.
Last 15 minutes add water agents and DME.
Chill with immersion chiller to 70.F.
Pitch 1 pkg Wyeast 3068, well swollen.
Leave in covered Mash and Boil outside overnight.

Transfer to plastic big mouth bubbler, put in basement with temp controller set to 62.
