Turn of heat, cover kettle, let rest for 30 minutes
-Stir every 5 minutes so water passes through bag
Remove grain bag
Bring to a boil
Turn off heat
Add DME and mix until completely dissolved
Add First Wort Hops
Return to boil and follow hops schedule
