Notes

Assumed water has no minerality as had no water report so salt additions are based on that.
1st brew on new kit, so assumed 70% efficiency (ending kettle) due to no sparge . 4l deadspace & hop abs not included in EKE.

Target 23l in kettle at end of boil for 17l into FV (assuming BF includes hop absorption & misc losses)

No sparge - used "can I mash it" online to calculate max mash volume (32L).
Fermenting in a corny w/ blow off.
Target 4 days at 18C then cap and ramp up to 22C over the next 4.
